Live Stream Interview – Dr. Stacey Priestley – Water Quality and Nutrients in The Coorong
Dr Stacey Priestley is passionate about using environmental tracers, especially isotopic tracers, to investigate hydrological systems to help address challenging environmental problems in water resources sustainability and environmental change.
Currently, she is applying new and innovative isotope tracing techniques to better understand the water and nutrient sources, as well as nutrient bio-geochemical pathways in the Coorong lagoon system.
Stacey is a hydrogeologist and geochemist who is passionate about using environmental tracers to augment our understanding of environmental systems to help address some of the challenging environmental problems in water resources sustainability and environmental change.
She has extensive experience in project management, problem solving, data analysis and scientific research methods and is also able to communicate with diverse audiences of all specialty levels through collaborations with government and private organisations.
